Pastry Collections

Collections group related pastries so they are easier to browse. They are not boxed sets, catering menus, or confirmed seasonal stock. Use them as a way to compare styles, then ask about a specific pastry if you need more information.

Chocolate bakes

  • Brownies, chocolate cakes and other cocoa-toned desserts.
  • Useful when you want a darker bakery style.
  • No cocoa percentage or recipe is stated here.
  • Availability still has to be asked about separately.

Fruit desserts

  • Fruit tarts, berry pies and desserts finished with fruit.
  • Fruit in a photograph is part of that picture, not a label.
  • Share the style you mean in the inquiry notes.
  • A request is not a hold on an item.

Seasonal pastries

  • A way to ask about pastries associated with a time of year.
  • No seasonal calendar is published.
  • Whether a style is currently featured should be confirmed.
  • Do not treat a collection heading as a limited release.

Bakery specialties

  • Croissants, Danish pastries and other laminated highlights.
  • No signature recipe name is claimed.
  • No add-on service is included by default.
  • Use the inquiry form to describe what you want to know.

What to include when you ask about a collection

A useful inquiry names the collection, the pastry type, and the question you actually have. Send them to [email protected] or call +64 9 843 1291. They do not reserve a pastry.

  1. Collection: chocolate bakes, fruit desserts, seasonal pastries, or bakery specialties.
  2. Pastry type: croissant, cinnamon roll, cake, cookie, tart, or “not sure yet.”
  3. Question: product information, ingredients, or a general category question.
